Construction of Women Development Complexes in the Divisional District Towns of Khulna, Rajshahi and Chattogram, and in Gopalganj District

The “Construction of Women Development Complexes” project aims to accelerate gender equality and economic inclusion across key regions in Bangladesh. Implemented by the Department of Women Affairs, this initiative will establish modern facilities providing market-driven vocational training for disadvantaged and low-educated women. The complexes will also feature safe, integrated daycare centers to support working mothers entering the workforce. Budgeted at BDT 29,023.15 lakh, the project runs from July 2022 to June 2025.
