The Feasibility Study for the “Construction of Women Affairs Department Complexes at District Level (1st Phase)” aims to accelerate field-level women's development across Bangladesh. With an estimated budget of BDT 21,046.42 lakh, the project involves constructing six-storey modern, women- and child-friendly complexes. Each facility will feature administrative offices, training rooms for entrepreneurs, a 50-bed working women's hostel, and a 50-child daycare center. Additional amenities like legal aid cells, product exhibition spaces, and digital labs will be integrated to drive socio-economic empowerment. Implemented from July 2022 to June 2025, this initiative establishes a safe and supportive ecosystem for underprivileged and working women.
