Environmental Quality Survey for the Proposed Mass Transit Network and Multimodal Hub in Narayanganj City Corporation

The project assessed environmental quality for the proposed Mass Transit Network and Multimodal Hub in Narayanganj City Corporation. The survey covered air, noise, surface water, groundwater, and soil quality to identify key environmental risks. Findings showed issues such as elevated lead in air, high noise levels, low dissolved oxygen in surface water, groundwater contamination, and arsenic in soil. The study recommends continuous monitoring and mitigation measures to support safe, compliant, and sustainable urban transport development.
