Construction of Training Academy for the Department of Narcotics Control

The “Construction of Training Academy for the Department of Narcotics Control” project aims to establish a modern institutional training facility at Kushtia Sadar, Kushtia. The proposed academy will enhance the professional skills, operational efficiency, enforcement capacity, and legal knowledge of officers and staff of the Department of Narcotics Control. It will also support improved public awareness activities, preventive measures, and rehabilitation-related initiatives to strengthen the national response against drug abuse. The project is planned for implementation from January 2024 to December 2026. Considering its environmental and operational characteristics, the project has been categorized as an Orange Category project.
