Feasibility Study for the Construction of Infrastructure and Ancillary Facilities for Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Buildings

This project focuses on the construction and vertical expansion of Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Buildings in selected districts of Bangladesh. It aims to provide modern courtrooms, judges’ chambers, offices, and supporting facilities for judicial officers and staff. The project covers 23 new court buildings and vertical expansion in 2 districts, with a total proposed floor area of approximately 514,289.31 square meters. With an estimated cost of BDT 354,110.08 lakh, the project will improve judicial infrastructure, service delivery, and institutional working conditions. The project is categorized as an ‘Orange’ category project under the Environmental Conservation Rules, 2023.
