Construction of Bangladesh Public Service Commission Secretariat Building-2 and Establishment of Security Printing Press

The project evaluated the technical, financial, environmental, and institutional feasibility of developing a modern administrative facility, a secure security printing press, and a dedicated examination hall with a seating capacity of approximately 2,000 candidates. The proposed project is designed to strengthen the operational efficiency of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission, enhance the security and integrity of examination processes, and reduce dependency on external printing and examination facilities. Through comprehensive field investigations, stakeholder consultations, GIS-based spatial analysis, and cost–benefit assessments, the study confirms that the project holds strong potential to improve efficiency, transparency, and overall service delivery within Bangladesh's public recruitment system.
