The BCS Tax Academy Project aims to establish a modern training and research facility for professional tax officials in Narayanganj, Dhaka Division. The project will enhance skills, strengthen tax administration, and promote the use of modern technology in revenue management. It will support high-quality training, research, policy development, tax auditing, and knowledge exchange at national and international levels. With an estimated cost of BDT 303.3157 crore, the project is funded by the World Bank and classified as a “Red” category project. The implementation period is from September 2024 to June 2027.
