How to apply.

We keep the process simple and respectful of your time.

    Application Submission: send your CV and a short cover note to career.srclgroup.bd@gmail.com, with the role title in the subject line.

    CV Screening: our HR team reviews every application against the role's requirements.

    Shortlisting: candidates who best match the role are shortlisted and contacted.

  4. 4

    Written / Technical Assessment: shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a short written or technical task relevant to the role.

  5. 5

    Interview: shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview, in person at our Dhaka office or online.

  6. 6

    Final Selection: the hiring team selects the successful candidate.

  7. 7

    Appointment: an offer is made and onboarding is arranged.
