Rajarbagh Government Multi-Storied Residential Building Construction Project

The project aims to construct modern multi-storied residential buildings at Rajarbagh, Dhaka to provide safe and healthy housing facilities for government employees, particularly the employees of the Public Works Department. It will ensure proper utilization of unused government land and contribute to improved employee welfare and service delivery. The estimated project cost is BDT 19,655.68 lakh, with an implementation period from July 2024 to June 2027. The project falls under the Housing sector and is categorized as an Orange Category project under the Environmental Conservation Rules, 2023.
