The project involves a nationwide feasibility study for developing and modernising Regional Population Training Centres under the National Institute of Population Research and Training (NIPORT). The study assesses existing infrastructure, land availability, training requirements, accessibility, utility services, environmental conditions, disaster risks and preliminary costs. It will provide technical recommendations for establishing modern, safe, accessible and sustainable training facilities to strengthen population, family-planning and reproductive-health services across Bangladesh.
