The feasibility study for the “Construction of Karmasangsthan Bank Building” project aims to develop a modern office facility for Karmasangsthan Bank and three other specialized banks: Ansar-VDP Unnayan Bank, Probashi Kallyan Bank, and Palli Sanchay Bank. The project will be implemented by Karmasangsthan Bank and the Public Works Department (PWD) under the Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance. It includes a 25-storey office building with 4 basement levels at 01 RAJUK Avenue, Motijheel, Dhaka, along with essential utility and support facilities. The estimated cost is BDT 28,281.94 lakh, fully financed by the Government of Bangladesh. Scheduled for implementation from January 2026 to December 2029, the project is expected to strengthen institutional capacity, improve banking operations, and support better administrative coordination.
